Information About GES, inc.

Permitting

GES is known as broadly skillful in working with state, local and federal agencies to obtain permits for wetland impacts.

The firm has excellent and extensive working relationships with the NH DES Wetlands Bureau, Local Regulatory Bodies, the ME Department of Environmental Protection, US Army Corps of Engineers, US Environmental Protection Agency and US Fish & Wildlife, among other parties in the development process.

Development issues are resolved so that permits are released in the timely manner required of construction schedules.   This has included projects with as much as ten (10) acres of wetland impact, or projects denied permits.   Project layouts are designed cooperatively with agencies to be considered environmentally sound and even beneficial—and more importantly, permittable.
